The cancellation policy is as follows.
(The time given below is in relevance to your ride time.)
 
Cancellation time Deduction
Before 24 hours 10 % transaction fee
Between 24 and 12 hours 100 % of the Fare
Between 12 and 6 hours 100 % of the Fare
Between 6 and 2 hours 100 % of the Fare
Less than 2 hours 100 % of the Fare
No Show 100% of the Fare

In case of a cancellation or 'no show' Suvana will charge your credit card for the appropriate amount - which will be a percentage of the total fare as per the above table.
