You can reschedule the date and/or the time of your journey here. Please enter your current reservation number and email address and your rescheduled date and time of journey.
You will be shown all the details of your original booking along with the rescheduled time and/or date that has just been requested by you. You will then be asked to confirm the altered reservation. Once you confirm the reservation your ride will be rescheduled.
Please note that you can only change the date and/or the time of your ride. If you need to change the place of pickup, drop-off, or the airport, you will have to cancel your previous reservation and make a new reservation. (Please go to the Cancellation link on the home page).
