    Reschedule Ride Details  

    You can reschedule the date and/or the time of your journey here. Please enter your current booking number and Email ID and your rescheduled date and time of journey.

    You will be shown all the details of your original booking along with the rescheduled time and/or date that has just been requested by you. You will then be asked to confirm the altered booking. Once you confirm the booking the journey will be rescheduled for you.

    Please note that you can only change the date and/or the time of your journey. If you need to change the place of pickup, drop-off, or the airport, you will have to cancel your previous booking and make a fresh booking. (Please go to the My Trip link on the home page and choose Cancel ride function).
