* This processing fee is charged to cover the expense incurred by us for credit card transactions, as well as the time devoted by our reservation staff to process your ride request. |
If the reservation is confirmed and you wish to cancel 24 hours prior to the ride time then only 10% transaction fee will be deducted, and balance amount will be credited to your credit card automatically. Please contact us at reservations@suvana.com if you have any issues pertaining to the charge on your credit card, and we will get back to you. |
