The Suvana Logo Usage procedure ("Procedure") govern your use of any Suvana Airport Transfers Logos ("Suvana Logo") to establish links from your Affiliate Site to Suvana Airport Transfers in conjunction with the Suvana Airport Transfers Affiliate Member Program ("Program"). As used in these Procedures, "you" means (and "your" refers to) the approved participant in the Program, "we" means (and "us", our" and "ours" refer to) Suvana Airport Transfers and its affiliates. Also as used in these Procedures, "Affiliate Site" means your web site and any successor web site once you have been accepted into the Program.

You may only use the Suvana Logos if we have approved your enrollment in the Program. If you have any questions whether you have or have not been approved to participate in the Program, please contact us at admin@suvana.com BEFORE you use the Suvana Logos in any way.


The following guidelines apply to your use of any Suvana Logos on your Affiliate Site:

1. 1. Except as we may authorize elsewhere, you may use only the Suvana Logos in accordance with the Suvana Airport Transfers Affiliate Member Program Agreement ("Agreement") and these Procedures, which may be modified or replaced by us from time to time, and only in connection with Suvana Airport Transfers-related matter.


2. 2. Suvana Logos gifs includes certain words, such as "Visit Suvana Airport Transfers", describing the significance of the Suvana Logos on the Affiliate Site (i.e., Suvana Logos contain a Link to Suvana Airport Transfers or the Co-Branded Pages (as defined in the Agreement), they not an endorsement of the Affiliate Site). You may not remove or alter this or any other element of the Suvana Logos. The Suvana Logos must always be an active link to http://www.suvana.com/.


3. 3. In addition to the Suvana Logos, you may use the Suvana Airport Transfers branding, or "Look and Feel" of Suvana Airport Transfers only in connection with Suvana Airport Transfers-related content and services. In other words, the elements of Suvana Airport Transfers's branding, e.g., the Suvana Airport Transfers "Look and Feel," including but not limited to Suvana Airport Transfers light and Dark Blue, Suvana Airport Transfers web page layout, organization, design, user interface etc, cannot be used with any content that has no relationship to Suvana Airport Transfers or with any services that are not being provided by Suvana Airport Transfers.


4. 4. Suvana Logos may be used only on the Affiliate Site that is identified in the Agreement, and such Affiliate Site must make accurate references to us or our products or services. The Suvana Logos must be grouped together on the same page, however, your logos, trademarks, trade names and similar identifying material must appear clearly at the top of the page, and must appear at least as prominent as any Suvana Logos present on the page. You may not display the "Look and Feel" of Suvana Airport Transfers or any Suvana Logos in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or license by us.


5. A Suvana Logo must appear by itself, with a minimum spacing (the height of the Suvana Logo) between each side of the Suvana Logo and other graphic or textual elements on the Affiliate Site. An Suvana Logo may not be used as a feature or design element of your's or any third party's logo.


6. You may not alter a Suvana Logo in any manner, including size, proportions, colors, elements, etc., or animate, morph or otherwise distort its perspective or two-dimensional appearance.


7. You may not use an Suvana Logo on any site that disparages us or our products or services, infringes any of our intellectual property or other rights, or violates any state, federal or international law.


8. These guidelines do not grant a license or any other right in our logos, trademarks, trade dress or branding. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to use an Suvana Logo at any time. We reserve the right to take action against any use that does not conform to these guidelines, infringes any of our intellectual property or other rights, or violates other applicable law.
