HOW WILL SUVANA WORK?

The Booking Process: Suvana is a managed website that accepts reservations for airport transportation with credit card verification at the website. An inbuilt fare calculator calculates the fare from the corresponding Service Provider's Rate Sheet (based on zip codes) and informs the passenger of the fare before booking. The ride details are then sent to the relevant Service Provider's 'Pick-up Rides' page.

Pick-up Rides: Service Providers will log in to this page and will view all the rides that they have to pick up. Upon an "Accept" click, a confirmation is sent to the passenger and the ride details moves to the Pending Rides Page.

Pending Rides: This page shows (date wise) all the rides that have been accepted by the service provider but have not been fulfilled. Once a ride has been completed, the service provider has to click on "Closure".

Hotel concierge will call up your number, and enter an assigned code. Our software will then take them through the booking process easily and efficiently and send out a reservation number to them.
