Airport Information
A staffed information desk operates in baggage reclaim 0900-2330 and other information points are located around the terminal. Uniformed volunteer information assistants provide passenger assistance at peak periods. Talking Brochures audio tours and Braille maps of the airport are available to assist visually-impaired passengers. Computerized kiosks and brochures provide information in Chinese, English, German, Japanese, Korean and Spanish.

During peak periods, Volunteer Information Persons (VIPs) stand ready to help passengers throughout the terminal. They provide travel assistance, information, directions and escorts. VIPs are dressed in blue polo shirts featuring the "ask me" logo.
