1. What is the payment system?
All rides have to be prepaid. Suvana provides you with 2 payment options: A new credit card for every transaction, or company credit card, the details to which have to be submitted only once. During the time of making a reservation, we authorize the credit card, but the actual charge occurs after the ride has take place.

2. Is there any cancellation fee?
A maximum fee of 5% will be charged if the ride is cancelled 24 hours prior to the time of the pick-up. For ride cancelled within 24 hours of the ride time, see our cancellation policy. There are no charges associated with rescheduling.

3. Are all rides confirmed?
You will generally receive confirmation within one hour of making the booking, but the maximum time taken would be not more than 24 hours. 99.9% of all rides will be confirmed.

4. Do we get a ticket?
The Suvana voucher is a ticket that is accepted by drivers at all airports that we service. The passenger must have the Suvana prepaid voucher with him at the time of the ride.

5. How does the passenger know where to go for his ride at the airport?
The service provider at that airport will have all your passenger details. The Suvana voucher contains information about pick-up location at the airport (example: Terminal 1, Gate 2). The service provider will be expecting that passenger, and is aware if the flight is late/cancelled and will wait for that passenger accordingly.

9. What happens if I need a transport for an area that you do not presently service? We will be able to arrange superior transportation at any location in the USA. You will have to send us a quote using the 'Request Quote' button on our website, and we will typically get back to you within 6 hours.

10. How do you ensure the safety of my credit card number?
At Suvana we use the Secure Sockets Layer and Private Communication Technology security standards that are supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0, Netscape 3.0 or later and other popular browsers. SSL encodes your personal information (such as your address and phone number, or your credit card number) so that it is available only to make sure your travel planning goes smoothly. This encryption process makes doing business over the Internet more secure than making a purchase by telephone.
