With annual passenger growth expected to reach 50 million by the year 2020, Toronto Pearson is currently undergoing a redevelopment program in order to ready itself for tomorrow's air traffic demand. Construction began in 1998 on the 10-year, $4.4 billion Airport Development Program consists of four major projects that will see Pearson Airport rebuilt over and around current facilities. The GTAA takes customer service at Toronto Pearson International Airport very seriously.
